    Your team v Southampton (h)

    https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1190284/Preview/England-Premier-League-2017-2018-Liverpool-Southampton
    The whoscored preview:

    My team:

    Migs
    Taa Matip Gomez Moreno
    Can Wijnaldum
    Mane Coutinho
    Salah Firmino

Subs: Karius, Robertson, Klavan or Lovren,
    Henderson, Lallana, Oxtail, Sturridge.

A big call playing Gomez & Taa in our back four, especially when they're our rotating rightbacks with Clyne out.
However we've not scored v Southampton in an age. Gomez at centreback isn't a major concern imo given the alternative options. Taa good on the front foot.
I've gone for Migs simply as Klopp will pick him, Ward then Karius my own preference.

Looks as though Klopp might have a few options this week, with a big cl groupstage game on Tuesday

Klopp has been admitted to hospital today. Expected to return home later today and may return to hospital for follow ups in the coming days. He won't take training tomorrow by reports and its unsure whether he'll be fit for the weekend.

Only a guess by me but it didn't read as overly serious, though he did admit himself to hospital.

I'd go for this, wouldn't mind Roberston starting instead of Moreno.

Lallana is back in first team training, will be way to soon though.

Think the team pretty much picks itself, apart from 1-2 perhaps.

Wouldn't start mane if he's not 100% not worth risking it

Fucking great to have proper football back at the weekend. Our squad is looking strong especially up front. 3 points on Saturday sets us up nicely for Savilla then Chelsea under the floodlights next Saturday evening.

It's an exciting prospect with a big chunk of the season coming , even more so as there's no international football till March !
