    Smile Score predictions week 17 results and week 18 (yes week 18 Justme) fixtures

    Week 17 results

    Skyebo = 8 points (2 perfect score and 2 correct results)

    Noods = 8 points (1 perfect score and 5 correct results)

    Kev0909 = 6 points (6 correct results)

    Murii = 5 points (5 correct results)

    Charliev = 5 points (5 correct results)

    Ianlfc = 4 points (1 perfect score and 1 correct result)

    Southernboy = 4 points (4 correct results)

    Redebrek = 4 points (4 correct results)

    CCTV = 4 points (4 correct results)

    HLOGI = 3 points (3 correct results)

    So after successfully asking for a few more perfect scores last week, it seems that the extra effort needed for that very brief boost in scores has ended up taking it's toll on almost everyone except Skyebo, who managed to predict 2 perfect scores this week. This resulted in week 17 *cough* being extra poor both in terms of predicting exact scorelines and overall results. As a result of this yours truly and Skyebo were this week's 'big' winners with us both accruing a 'massive' 8 points. Things certainly weren't helped by a few big upsets along with a few scorelines which were/would be very hard for anyone to correctly predict. Skyebo deserves a big second shout out for not only being the sole person to correctly predict that Leicester would beat Chelsea, but because he also managed to correctly predict the scoreline.

    Current standings

    Noods = 142

    Skyebo = 133

    Ianlfc = 132

    HLOGI = 122

    Southernboy = 120

    Kev0909 = 120

    Redebrek = 118

    CCTV = 114

    Murii = 108

    Charliev = 106

    At the end of week 17 *cough*, I've extend my lead at the top, with Skyebo retaking second place from Ianlfc. It seems that the Jaws music I kept hearing made me 'paddle' a bit faster, though I don't seem to have moved that far, much like a duck whose legs are going ten to the dozen whilst looking serene and not going anywhere fast on the surface. Other than that the only other notable change (as a result of a low scoring week) is that Kev0909 has moved alongside Southernboy in the EL spot.

    Maybe everyone will gain a temporary boost to their predicting prowess once they've stuffed themselves with whatever has taken their fancy on Christmas and/or Boxing day.

    Merry Xmas fellow forumites.
