Not a chance in hell will they get a ban. A fine possibly which won't hurt them, given their wealth.

I would give them the opportunity to 'come clean' on where and how they've kept so many millions out of their FFP return, I think it's well known where and how, but give them the opportunity to 'come clean'

If they insist on making UEFA go through a process of forensic accounting to prove where and how ban them from UEFA competition indefinitely until the correct FFP figures are established and when they're established, continue the ban until such time as they have their FFP figures in order.

City's statement on FFP is hilarious, if 'operation Longbow' which it's alleged sees an image rights group pay a large proportion of players wages and take them out of FFP, then how is it 3 or 4 of their top players, who would be on some of their highest wages took alleged pay cuts at the same time the scheme is alleged to have been started?

Pep Guardiola has apologised for any offence Manchester City players and staff caused after a social media clip emerged from their flight back from Brighton on Sunday.

    fair play pep

Why did that plastic cunt of a club fully deny it then though?

It's the way most people/institutions are. They'll deny any wrongdoing right up to the point where they are categorically proved to have been telling porkies.

It would help things if everyone was held to a 'rule' whereby if you refute an accusation and it's later proved you were lying, you end up getting a bigger punishment as a result.

I don't mind Guardiola as a person, unlike Mourinho. I just wished he wasn't at City.

Quick draw McGraw. I'd be more impressed if he'd apologised at the time, not because he happened to be in a press conference.

I hope the mighty hornets sting him on the bollocks.

To be honest, I think Guardiola's decent, by his demeanour I think he is expecting to get a ban from UEFA competition, and he seems genuine, he does actually seem embarrassed by the actions of people at his club
