Yep, I've just come from the future and I'm afraid we drop points next season too but hey so does everyone else.

Great season which could still end in glory. Can't fault the team at all.

Only negative ..there is no more football till August ffs. Now I have to engage with the missus on weekends.

Fuck City and their billions - they still canít get further than a semi in Europe..

The fact is we are the best TEAM in the land....City know it...everybody knows it. After spending literally Billions of £s they have managed to get a grand total of 1 single solitary point more than us over the season, but lost 4 games... we only lost 1...

Fantastic achievement from Jurgen and the lads - legends every one of them..

Letís make it 6...! This team deserve it.

Well done, 97 points only beaten by city on 98 points.

Been a progressive season for us, kudos go to city by 1 point

We've improved from 75 points and +46 goal difference to 97 points and +67 goal difference.

22 more points than last season and only.
Improvable by +17 points next season - a 114 points total.

+21 better goal difference even more scope for improvement here !!
We can certainly improve by more than +17 here in theory at least !

We scored 84 goals last year - 89 goals scored this year - 5 better.
City scored 6 more than us this term, 95.

We conceded 38 goals last year - 22 goals conceded this year - 16 better.
City conceded one more than us this term, 23. Alisson wins the golden glove by 1 from ederson.

We'll add again in the summer. More goals and meaner defence

First and foremost a Champions league title to play for

We've been the best TEAM this year, really proud as we earned every single one of those 97 points, every single team made us work for them. It's been a tremendous learning curve on how to get games won in lots of different ways for all our lads which will help us immensely to win the title next season

As big a disappointment as it must be for the lads, there is a golden sky very close in the horizon and i'm sure the lads will use today's disappointment to spur them to victory in Madrid, where it's completely in our hands and bringing old bigs ears home to end the season with European football's biggest prize will set them up for another great season in 19/20
