    19/20 Score predictions week 8 results and week 9 fixtures

    Week 8 results

    Balinkay = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results)

    Charliev = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results)

    Justme = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results)

    Murii = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results)

    Reddownunder = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results)

    Ianlfc = 6 points (1 perfect score and 3 correct results)

    Redebreck = 6 points (1 perfect score and 3 correct results)

    Skyebo = 6 points (1 perfect score and 3 correct results)

    TheDOC1979 = 6 points (6 correct results)

    Dicko1969 = 5 points (1 perfect score and 2 correct results)

    Kev0909 = 5 points (1 perfect score and 2 correct results)

    Nineteenx = 5 points (1 perfect score and 2 correct results)

    3underpar = = 5 points (1 perfect score and 2 correct results)

    HLOGI = 5 points (5 correct results)

    RedNoodle = 5 points (5 correct results)

    CCTV = 4 points (4 correct results)

    Fayyazms = 4 points (4 correct results)

    Joetan = 4 points (4 correct results)

    Southernboy = 3 points (3 correct results)

    After the previous record busting week, the most recent results ended up being the polar opposite and i think could well be the worst as a whole to date. This I think was largely due to a number of 'upsets', which on their own were not easy to predict, never mind get the score spot on. As a result of there was only a four point difference between the top and the bottom scorers this week, with this weeks 'winners' Balinkay, Charliev, Justme, Murii and Reddownunder amassing a 'huge' seven points apiece. These scores were only two points better off than the previous week's lowest score.

    The special mentions for that week go to Murii who was the only person to get the Newcastle score spot on, Ianlfc and Skyebo for doing likewise in regards to the Burnley game and Justme who correctly predicted the result in the Brighton, Man City, and Newcastle games which is some going despite only netting him three points.

    Current standings

    Reddownunder = 71

    Charliev = 70

    RedNoodle = 70

    Joetan = 65

    Balinkay = 63

    Murii = 62

    3underpar = 61

    Redebreck = 60

    Skyebo = 60

    HLOGI = 59

    Justme = 58

    Kev0909 = 58

    CCTV = 57

    Fayyazms = 57

    Dicko1969 = 56

    Southernboy = 55

    Ianlfc = 54

    Nineteenx = 50

    TheDOC1979 = 46

    So after that record breaking (not in a good way) set of scores, the new leader at the top of the table is Reddownunder who leads by one point from Charliev and yours truly, with Joetan still in the last CL spot and Balinkay still occupying the EL place that I know he covets so much. As a result of low scores there hasn't been much change in the table, though Justme did move up a few places and now has the European places in his sights.

    I'm in the top half!
    Have to see what I can do about that this weekend!
    There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief
