    It's smashing.

I keep trying to source a Pagliuca '94 kit.

Interestingly enough (I would never actually buy the thing, but always look for it out of curiosity as to just how "unavailable" it is to buy) the 92/93 Fiorentina away kit has turned up on eBay - for those who forget, it was covered in "accidental" (not buying it) Swastikas and you generally can't find it on replica sites etc. - this is the 1st time (regularly check eBay for a few different kits) I have seen it turn up in about 4 years.

Read a piece in the echo where an 'expert' estimated the Nike deal will bring in 80-100 million a season.

Why some liverpool products are directly from liverpool not new balance.
The other day I met Luis Garcia for the liverpool retail Opening, seems like only partial products are with new balance.

An interesting read on their assessment of the football finances and next years expected finances.

In short our revenue grew from 455 to 533 million +78mill. Revenue now 5 million less than city earned.

United are expected to drop in revenue on account of not being in the cl this year and if they dont make cl next year it could get worse again, with either or both us and city to overtake them - imo maybe a season too early for that to happen.

This term we have had a charity shield game v city day out, the super cup v Chelsea day out and the world cup semi and final days out. Whilst the stadium is being used for concerts too.
So in theory we should be pretty close to overtaking city and that 5 million, but Deloitte seen to suggest we wont as their new deal with puma is in effect.... Alot will depend on going deeper in the CL too. Obviously we have to win the cl to get those super world club opportunities again.

IF win the league this term I can imagine there being a lot of new shirts etc being bought this summer, as pl winners celebrate, with the world club cup badge a likely additional extra charge/income.

Then we have the Nike deal which is expected to increase revenue by a considerable amount for next season, coming into the 20/21 revenue.. Theres also the chance to use our standing and new deal to develop our strength in new/emerging markets increasing revenue under the new partnership.
Whilst iirc and to explain some of the increased revenue not in the piece the longer you are a cl team and the more succesful you are, well alot of the brand partners have rewards in the contracts as when you do better they get more in return.

So all in all, still 7th. But the future looks bright.
Best thing we can do is smash it in Europe again.
