13 more points from the 18 remaining and they'll be up to a 65-point haul.

They are on a nice little run now since January. Be great to see the wheels fall off for a spell before the end lije it has done under one a few times.. Tbh I think they look in decent shape to progress in the coming seasons. Whether one has it or not to win the major trophies is going to be the big question. They can buy who they like.

I think the elephant in the room (almost literally) is Harry Macguire. They spent a ton of money on him when he was flavour of the month. So he has to play whatever happens, and he is even captain now. But the harsh truth is when he comes up against any forward with lightning pace he gets done. I can't see utd winning any of the serious trophies with him as their centre half.

Careful now. They look half decent and have all the money in the world. I'm afraid they'll be a threat next year. Probably won't have enough for a title push, but they're looking like good top4 candidates. They cannot be allowed to cement themselves in the CL.

Unfortunately 'we' have very little say in whether that happens or not. The deciding factor (above and beyond what Solskjaer does in my opinion) is what Woodward or his eventual replacement does when it comes to transfers. They have the money to get in lots of good players, but that is only half the battle.

True. We can only try to beat them twice a year.

They've played Sheffield Utd, Brighton and Norwich - in the last 3 games. And drew with Spurs 1st game back.

Sheff Utd on paper were a tricky one but since the restart they've lost all their games and drawn with Villa.
