You can just hear the cogs of the collective football bodies wincing at these further leaks. Just as the US did when Snowden blew the lid off everything. Sadly it will be buried by a complicit media.

It will take some ballsy individuals to keep trying to expose the deep corruption - they are making waves for both the corrupt petrodollar crooks and their counterparts across European sports bodies & governments.

There is no will to expose this - if you try to shout about it too loudly - you will likely end up like khashoggi or Assange.

Good to see the FA employing consistency when dishing out sanctions for mismanaging finances.

Interesting given the fact we are the fourth most valuable 'brand' in world football.

Yep. I'm fully expecting Man City to get a even harsher punishment given their indiscretions.

They are just making a mockery of the rules.

Ake could become the 14th defensive player bought during the Guardiola era at the Etihad and brings the total spent on those recruits up even more to £365.44million.

    The rest are:

    Zinchenko (LB) - £1.8m
    John Stones (CB) - £50.04m
    Pablo Mari (CB) - £180k
    Kyle Walker (RB) - £47.43m
    Danilo (RB) - £27m
    Benjamin Mendy (LB) - £51.75m
    Amyeric Laporte (CB) - £58.5m
    Phillipe Sander (CB) - £2.25m
    Ko Itakura (CB) - £990k
    Angelino (LB) - £10.8m
    Cancelo (RB) - £58.5m
    Pedro Porro (RB) - £10.8m
    Yan Couto (RB) £5.4m

Since Jurgen Klopp has been Liverpool boss, he has brought in a total of just four defenders permanently costing a total of £90.5million and more than half that amount accounts for just one of them.
