    Your team v West Ham

The League is done unless we utterly collapse.

Let's build some momentum. We are going to need tempo, quick-thinking, risk and goals against Atletico.

I'm thinking an attacking, caution-to-the-wind approach in the 2nd leg. Let's figure out who we are playing in that game and give them some game time.

    .........................Alisson

    Trent.....Gomez......Van Dijk....Robertson

    ..........................Henderson

    ...............Ox...........................Keita

    .....Salah...............Firmino............Mane

Hendo's might be a hamstring tweak, I hope not, if it isn't

    Allisson

    Trent Matip Van Dijk Robertson

    Keita Henderson Gini

    Salah Firmino Mane

Like to see Matip get minutes, I think he's our best defender to pair Virgil in the Champions League especially against sides like Atletico, they won their header down that ended in their flukey goal through targeting Joe and they'll do that all game long at Anfield unless we have Matip in who's a more dominant header of the ball, they were playing long right to left diagonals onto Trent or Gomez quite a lot second half looking to win the headers of get fouls and free kicks. We need to give our other CB's some game time too so they're all match fit and have rhythm

    Same team that started tonight.

    Doesn't sound good...

Jordan Henderson limping quite badly as he comes through the mixed zone. "I'm not sure," he says when asked how bad the hamstring issue is.

That's not good, Fabinho's distribution was really poor tonight, I'd start Gomez for this game actually, but I really do think Matip would be better for the second leg v Atletico and would like him to get on in this game and get minutes and start the Chelsea FA Cup game at least get him ready for the second leg

    I'd go with that

    Allisson

    Trent Gomez Van Dijk Robertson

    Keita Fabinho Wijnaldum

    Salah Firmino Mane

I would like to see Matip get some minutes in this game at some stage if at all possible as I think he is better equipped for the challenges Atletico present and would like to see him start the second leg alongside Virgil so we need to get him his rhythm.
