Thiago is starting to settle into his role, had it not been for persistent niggling injuries we may have seen this sort of form 20 games ago.

Hopefully there is a lot more to come from him, this is the first half of football I have seen him put it all together and found him impressive, although, as we set up, I have expected us to bring in LCMs who can play switch or long diagonals of quality to Mo or Trent since 2018, so to me, that should just be standard.

I still have huge question marks over his actual creative as people here compare him to Modric, and he's not even on the same planet creatively, Modric understands brilliantly how his team are set up to play and what any given player on his teams strengths and weaknesses are and exactly what type of pass is the best in every and any given situation, Thiago's nowhere near that for us

I want to see more from him and some creativity, some passing that makes goals
