3 changes from today, play our best 11, Konate for his pace on counters and ability at set pieces that European sides seem more susceptible to than Prem sides, I would possibly consider Jota to start ahead of Mane, when teams set up to defend and counter, that trio of Trent, Hendo and Salah on our right have managed to move opposition players for Trent to find and assist Jota quite a number of times this season

    Alisson

    Trent Konate Van Dijk Robertson

    Henderson Fabinho Thiago

    Salah Mane Diaz

I expect our lads to administer a thorough, hard, deep penetrating bumming, get the win and an absolutely priceless lead to take away in the second leg

Etienne Capoue revealing the task facing them -

“Anfield is hell, you have to say it how it is. It's hell,” Capoue told Yahoo Sport. “It's the worst stadium I've been to in England. Whether it's the atmosphere, the way they play... For 90 minutes, you live in hell. They have this ability to transcend themselves, to cause you nothing but problems, all the time, in any part of the field.

"They never stop, they rush you all the time, they only want to score goals, and even when they score, they carry on. They want to knock you out. They don't care what or who is in front of them. They just want to kill everyone and that's it.”

You can see it though. You would absolutely hate playing against us. The work ethic is off the charts. I think even Fergie's teams were less committed to the cause.

You drop that in with the most loyal and passionate fans around...and you get some serious gravy.
