The fact there's an option to buy is interesting. Though I do think we would likely be best doing what the Italian clubs generally do - make the most of having the player on loan and then buy who we really want when the next window comes.

Yeah it is intriguing to know who wanted the buy option off the table. You'd think we would have hedged our bets and put the clause in but it seems unlikely Juve would be loaning him if they see a future for him? We might find out later who's made that choice.

At the end of the day if he turns out to be a very good signing and we wanted to actually buy him I doubt it would be an issue, Juve will need the money.
