I must say I was surprised Belgium couldn’t manage a single goal - they needed a win and did get a few chances late on. Croatia were abysmal in front of goal too - glorious chances fluffed. Some very poor finishing so far in many games.

Your boy played well though. Still has something in the tank.

I am a bit worried there. Think a year or 2 ago there was some tension between the immigrant community and the indigenous Belgians. Hope nothing flares up, as sports should unite us and not bring violence

Typical Group stage imo. Better stuff getting going now in the 3rd round of games but the real McCoy will appear in the knockouts
