The whole lot looks poor on paper. To me Kane is good goal scorer. but technically he causes England problems.
In games against good technical teams, you can't afford players who aren't great on the floor. The old Brazil teams their teams flowed. England get run around too often and are unable to match superior technical teams. that's why England have struggled to win a major tournament in 60 years.

I'm no England fan but I still don't get how they made him manager. Allardyce was an odd choice but at least he had extensive managerial experience

So I was thinking which of our players will be going. maybe not as bad as some other teams.
Virgil, Alison and Fab might all go deep.
Jordan and Trent, don't think either of them will get much game time.
Nunes, a bit of an unknown this time Uruguay. Not the team of a few years ago.
Konate? I don't know if he is going. Anyone know?

Just a thought..Salah, Firmino, Dias, Jota, and Thiago will not be at the world cup. But Harry Maguire, Fred and Joe Allen will be there.
