    Not watched a whole lot of this world cup. But more widely the tactical foul high up the pitch by attackers is commonly overlooked by refs. See Pep Guardiola over the last several seasons , its part of their strategy, and less so our own.

    Think the ref has let it flow quite well, no yellow for the elbow into messis head in the opening minute of the match.

    Refs been good I think all things considered. France seem reluctant to just go for the jugular.
