Man City aren't as strong as they were last year, but Rashford's goal-scoring and the improvement in midfield brought by Casemiro isn't enough to win the League this season in my book.
They'll strengthen in the Summer having finished in the Champion's League spots (unless burn-out or injury occurs) and that is frustrating, but I don't see a League title in them for 22/23.
