    Your team v Newcastle

As Jürgen once said of a translator's "erotic" voice - "again please!"

    ........................Alisson

    Trent.......Matip.....Gomez...Robertson

    ........................Fabinho

    ..............Henderson.....Bajcetic

    ....Salah...........Gakpo........Núñez

If Jota is truly fit it's of course tempting to start him, but I'd rather ease him back.

Champion's League spots a bit far away to be a realistic objective but if we could find another win at a time when players are drifting back and Newcastle are flagging, we might get some dreamers back - and why not, life is short.

Think milner starts and possibly bobby as well. Great to have options again

Looks good. Jota is very good from the bench. Want to get that front 3 settling so that looks good to me.

They played as a trio tonight. Rough round the edges as you would expect but only one way to iron those. Creases out.

    With Jota returning from a
Long lay off. Best he plays later in Games.

    He will be crucial

    Alisson

    Trent Matip Van Dijk Robertson

    Henderson Fabinho Bajcetic

    Salah Wagbo Nunez

Build on that tonight, keep being like Liverpool, back to our devastating direct in your face selves, testing the opposition in every possible way, a bit of coaching and analysis work with Nunez of where to take positions and when to make the outside in Mane trade mark runs from triggers of the ball going to Trent or Hendo, if they coach him on that, and he's coming outside in across the CB to attack the ball and the ball is right, he'll score a fuck load of goals, needs to learn Mane's knack of doing enough to stop the defender getting an effective clearing header at times too, rather than always trying to win it

    ISN'T it!

Will be so helpful when we have games where someone is having a 'mare - you can actually swap someone out without maybe having to throw a youngster on and knock their confidence.

Some youngsters thrive though - as fans our desire to see them do well means we can over-hype them, but Bajcetic.....man does he look promising.

perhaps, hopefully, they haven't been nobbled yet - in favour of the bar-codes.
