Nobody wants him in the team, he's a good Championship right forward at best. not even a good Championship midfielder, yet here he's been starting almost every game at a club of our standing and expectations at RCM

I think he starts. Left out last night = starting on Sunday. Unless injured.

    Crowd performance will be interesting.

The fanbase is cheesed off at present and that can come out in apathetic, quiet "meh" or it can come out as a Cauldron of an atmosphere which is what will be needed against Arsenal.

I don't think we can start with both Hendo and Fabinho as they both look absolutely knackered

I think we have to and Milner as well, a proper 3 in there supporting our defence and our full backs in defence and to go forward

Is Elliott going to help manipulate space for Mo and Trent to create? No

Is Elliott going to be of any help to Trent or Gomez in defending Martinelli? No

Is Elliott going to effectively press high up to stop the service to Martinelli? No

    Hendo Fab Milner for me

Arsenal are one of the few games I think there is any merit in including Fab, because they play 4231 and Ødegaard likes to play in around the space Fab usually just sits in well off the press

We need experienced campaigners and schemers who are positionally good, that isn't Fab, but he just happened to sit in the area one of their main men likes to play in, but the other 2 will be helping our full backs, blocking lines to release their wide forward and trying tp press with our forwards to stop the ball being played to their wide forwards too easily

If we don't do those things well, we'll be fucked, Elliott doesn't do any of those things well

We are probably getting bummed either way. Arsenal look a serious outfit. The crowd could be a big help but I just don’t see it being enough.
