They won’t get much for him. What club is going to pay his £190k a week contract? I bet he goes nowhere.

Exclusive Paris Saint-Germain drafted a legal letter to complain to Sporting Lisbon on Sunday after media reports emerged suggesting Chelsea might take a stake in the Portuguese club as part of a proposed transfer for Manuel Ugarte.

    Adam Crafton@AdamCrafton_

Sources close to dealings between Chelsea & Sporting deny a minority stake in the Portuguese club was discussed in relation to the transfer, but PSG intended to write to Sporting for answers + escalate matter to UEFA until Chelsea pulled out on Sunday eve.

PSG’s draft legal letter cited UEFA rules that forbid one club from owning shares/securities in another while participating in UEFA competitions & expressed concern that commercial leverage such as a stake could be used to influence a transfer.

Postecocogleu (sp) going to the almighty Spurs could be fun.
More than two teams to be competitive in the English Premier League.
What are the odds on him being the first managerial sacking?
Levy taking one he'll of a gamble, methinks.

It may well work out but it smacks more of a Nuno Espírito Santo appointment to me

Spurs fans will enjoy big Ange's gung ho approach after witnessing the turgid shit that Mourinho Nuno and Conte have served up. His tactics can be a bit naive though and his teams have a tendency to leak goals when coming up against strong attacks.

It'll be interesting to see how it goes for him. One thing is for sure though, it won't be dull

Literally trying everything. I bet Levy is hoping that he can manage him better than he did Conte with the expectations over transfers etc.

Spurs are in need of a cultural/mentality reset for me. They're clinging to the idea of how good Poch had them and they need to let it go.

Sometimes you have to burn the heather to increase the soil quality for future years. I'd be selling Kane, Son etc and buying a crop of young talent that can develop together. Sure, the fanbase may have to settle to 6th-9th place finishes for a couple of years but Kane+Son aren't going to increase in value - nor will they be winning a major trophy in a hurry - and they have areas they need to improve in.

A better goalie than Lloris for a start!
