Rodri's produced a few although not as many, of the moments Hendo produced for us from No6 in 19-20 for City this season, Hendo assisting the winning goal late on or for our only goal in a few
Hendo isn't that player anymore, but that for me is what a No6 is supposed to be, influential, talismanic, and in either our 433 or box midfield consistently absolutely expert in their positioning and pressing, that's what we need to sign this window, because we don't have that and it has shown far too much the past 3 seasons

If (and only if) it kicks some of the relevant footballing bodies (and fans of opposition clubs) into action, then it may yet turn out to be a "good" thing.
