Think that's a good call (on both counts) from Klopp.
Virg has done well to go from Groningen to Celtic to Southampton to Liverpool and to simultaneously be Captain of Liverpool and his native Netherlands.
Trent is 24 - which if I recall correctly is the age Gerrard was when he became Captain, right? Good to dangle the carrot in front of him that he can lead us out in future. Hopefully he has the temperament for it when the time comes.
