We should never have bought him

we should have bought havertz instead
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
It sounds like he has been wanting out all summer - Klopp not sanctioning it for whatever reason. Maybe he gets a kick out of winding a certain forum poster up? Maybe he fancies him?
Fact is - if he isn’t going to play and we can get some dosh now, then inaction seems daft.
could be we are refusing to cancel his contract and hope to cash in on him in January. The saudis maybe back . that money will hopefully go towards getting in Andre.
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
He'll leave at the end of his contract anyway unless we sign him up for another year or two (we shouldn't, realistically) so I'd hold onto him. He's unlikely to have any transformative overall effect on our season and will no doubt be missing at times, but he can provide a valuable rest/rotation for the midfielders we are likely to end up persisting with (Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Gravenberch etc) and we would have even more cover for the second half of the season if Andre came in should we find ourselves simultaneously competing for a Champion's League place, Europa League run and FA Cup run.
