The rules say no pen if it deflects off the body. It's not a pen. United had one against spurs worse than that not given. But this one is given. The inconsistency is mental.

On a recent Ofsted inspection I took the bold choice to down a couple of horse laxatives before the lesson observation to inject a little bit of 'urgency' into my teaching.

In hindsight it probably wasn't a good life-choice.
