Develop a higher level of technical football less taxing and more dependable OR you need at least as many senior options as we had the years we won the CL and title. Don’t forget. we had prime Wijnaldum - Fabinho - Hendo - Milner - Oxlade - Shaqiri and Keita - also Lallana... behind a better front line and in front of a better back line than we currently have

Squad is small and a few injuries almost anywhere will expose us.

    - 70 touches

He definitely is a player who is "quietly" having good games in the way that Lucas and Wijnaldum so often did. Long may it continue.

Always was a tidy player. Lacks a little confidence but has all the tools. Time for him to stand tall and grab the bull by the horns.

I could see Paqueta in our midfield next season,He'd a fantastic game.

Yeah he's really good. I think if that gambling/betting issue gets sorted he'll get the move to City though.

    Cheer up

    Alisson Kelleher Adrian*

    Trent Gomez Konate Matip
    VVD Quansah* Robbo Tsimi

    Endo MacA Thiago Bajcetic*
    Elliott Sobozla Gravenberch Jones

Salah Núñez Diaz Doak* Gakpo Jota

    * Adrian 3rd choice keeper & 3 kids we've not seen much of in terms of minutes played at senior level.

That leaves, 21 first teamers and certainly as Klopp sees them. Top4 is the minimum target. For me there's little doubt that these players are Klopps guys. He seems happy enough.

So boring, go and watch the run of 15 games 19-20 when it was done to its highest levels and done expertly, it just isn't anymore intensive done right, it's actually less intensive, less running

I watched the Real v Atletico game the other night, they did more running than our lads on Sunday

If you don't have the press and counter press nailed down properly you do a lot more running than is necessary, on Sunday we did more running than necessary by having too many players making runs and not enough picking up through trying to play as you always talk about, that was our main issue that was so costly last season, losing it, too many players making runs and not enough picking up allowing teams to play straight through us

Even fucking baldy at City understands this now, it's why they barely get caught on counters compared to how they used to, balance of players making runs and players picking up
