They are on an amazing run. The game they play is controlled. It is a route to sustained success. Not that it’s a guarantee but IF you can get a side playing like that and increase the quality player for player each season - the sky is the limit.
Pretty sure Xabi won’t be there beyond next season unless it goes spectacularly tits up
