Easy one for me that - Chelsea.
Much as I am sick of playing them, I want to win.
Chelsea (recently) and Pochettino don't have an excellent record in Finals (largely because we keep stopping Chelsea from winning them) and are an inferior side to Man City.
Man City on the other hand tend to win Finals and so does Pep. The FA Cup Final (someone correct me if I am wrong on this) also occurs after the Europa League Final, making it our last competitive match under Jürgen and if we did happen to lose it, I'd find losing to Pep and the surrounding media Wank-a-thon more painful than losing to Chelsea. The flip side of that is that if we are optimistic, winning it against 115 FC comes with the added bonus of rubbing Pep's nose in it and reducing their trophy haul (their hopes of another Treble are still alive) whereas I'd almost (not really) feel bad about crushing Pochettino's dreams AGAIN.
But yeah, I want to enjoy the Final in some capacity and watching games against Man City is like watching us against Ferguson's Man United so I'd probably play Chelsea again, especially given how our opposition would enter the match half-beaten mentally with their poor recent record against us.
