Weird game though, don't think we played the best but still won 3-0

Our midfield today defensively was quite weak tbh, Brentford just seemed to be able to coast through it at will, which is very worrying with our next game being Man City…

Our defensive press and defending by all concerned at the moment seems more of a token gesture ( a la Rashford ) rather than any serious attempt to win the ball.

Good assist from Tsimikas for the goal, understandably seemed to have a bit more confidence as a result, one of Salah’s best games for a while, felt sorry for Nunez who ran his bolloxs off with no just reward, Jota had a really good game and scored a great goal to close the game off…

Great result, such a relief after last week's showing at Luton.
