Gravenberch also scored so there is goals and confidence in the midfield. Endo was playing his best before he left, Macca us looking accomplished. Gomez in tremendous form and confidence. Nunez scoring. Jota on fire. Konate at his best. Bradley.
Then we have all the guys who have been here long to help carry this season. We are well equipped to do something special this season. The squad is perhaps at its strongest since Klopp came. Pity I feel he could have been going into a trophy glut fest next 3-4 season cause of the age profile and quality of this group.

Brilliant performance by Conor, has solved the right back problem perfectly…
The two goals conceded were so sloppy, firstly we are so weak in both boxes at corners, we are dominated far too easily, it’s definitely our achilles heel… their second goal was another sloppy example of our defensive midfielder going awol….
McConnell also had a great game, but Gakpo would not have scored if we had played for five hours, he was shocking today and the sitter he missed in the six yard box unmarked, is seriously off the scale poor…
Great result, should have been almost double figures and a nice home draw in the next round, so a lovely end to a really upsetting weekend… 😁😎

Conor Bradley looks good, probably leaves Calvin Ramsay looking for another loan again.
The old guard like Virgil, Robbo, Salah, even Matip, who know how to win trophies, could be important next season as the new manager beds in.

Quansah and Bradley have solved 2 problems for next season. And it certainly helps with homegrown quota for Europe next season.
