If Trent isn't injured or unwell then his performance/effort is disgraceful.

The problem with Trent being so weak and awful a defender in that right-back position is that everytime Konate has to collapse from the middle to help him out, it completely ruins our shape and puts us at risk in case Konate gets beaten off the ball then you suddenly have Virgil alone with two strikers or you have to have Gomez also fall in to help out which then puts us at further risk if they switch wings.

It's just a domino effect of disastrous outcomes.

Luckilu Konate has been strong so for in this game.
But that luck will only last so long - especially now after getting that card.
