    Your team v Brentford

One of two away League games to navigate before the Man City game, with plenty of points to play for before then and the "small footnote" of a League Cup Final.

Generally speaking you would always back us at Anfield, so this and the Forest matches are the two that would concern me a touch more.

One game at a time though is the mantra - with luck the flu symptoms will have dissipated from the squad and we can field the following side, or close to it -

    .........................Alisson

    Trent........Konate....Van Dijk.... Robertson

    .........................Endo

    ..........Mac Allister.........Jones

    ........Jota.........Núñez........Diaz

Yet another 12.30 kick-off on a Saturday, but due to our lack of mid-week football I don't think it's a huge problem - plus the chance (if we win) to sit back and relax regarding the other fixtures.

I'd be happy with that if he is in the right head-space for it.

    Alisson

    Bradley Konate Van Dijk Robertson

    Jones Endo Mac Allister

    Jota Nunez Diaz

I’d swap Mac to LCM midfield didn’t work first half today for me & Mac moving to LCM often operating in more of a double pivot with Endo really helped everything come together

Kinda game we are asleep for most of the first half.,really need to win. we have the goals its down to the rest of the team to stop them going in the other end. Lets hope the ref is fair. they seem to HATE us when we play in London

Agree, that's what concerns me. Of all our early kick offs this season I can't recall one where we've had a good first half. We've been really slow out of the blocks.
Unless I've forgotten one or two?

Probably didn't travel with the squad yesterday so it's easy to spot who's fit and who's not for away games.
We've Mo back which is a plus.
