I am sure everyone feels the same, down and frustrated, but saying that I at least am a bit more hopeful about next season.
Realistically we could not accept these types of performance next season.
The new manager has a great opportunity to dramatically alter the system.
The old favorites need to give way to newer enthusiastic players who have desire.
If the regular experienced players cannot perform, then a least give the younger ones a chance.
Far too many out there today are vastly overpaid for what they produce.

The first thing on the agenda for big Arne is to sort that defence out. It's simply got to stop conceding so many and also conceding first.
It's now become a massive issue.

This is a worry. Someone said that Slot's Feyenoord team has similar coming-from-behind-to-win stats to Klopp's Liverpool and while that sounds exciting and confident, let's please just not concede first already.

might be best for the new manager to start with a team in fourth place than champions, he's got more room to make the changes thats required

Hopefully. Spurs and villa next. If we lost both and they won all their games we would be level on points going into the last game. Bust as you say, the other 2 teams probably won't win all of them. Will they?

No they're not man city, nowhere near consistent enough.

Out of the squad, I generally not arsed salah will be sad, but comes a time all players leave, and the way he's playing is making it a bit easier. still end of a era.

There's no Suarez/Gerrard/Torres/Mane etc etc.... who i was generally gutted about when left. I'm hoping for some big changes in attack & a new cb.
