Very good first half from us, particularly considering our last outing and how they are flying at the top. We had a bit of a wobble when VVD went off but we have restricted their chances to long range shots and corners.
But the big talking point is obviously how the hell Pickford is still on the pitch???? A straight red card challenge if ever there was. Absolute shocker

We played well. Think Adrian could do better with the shot that leads to the corner. Not sure he can stop the goal though. Bobby with work rate and some nice link up play but not dangerous as a attacker, he is almost now a 4th midfielder from a build up point of view and Mane and Salah the strikers for a goal contribution point of view. Salah hasn't been able to effect the game but has done well in a defensive sense.
We looked more concentrated and disciplined from a defensive point to view. Players covering for each other etc. I am worried though that every game now it is when will Mane/Robertson do something, there doesn't seem to be someone else who makes the initial breakthrough or takes the game on.
