A lot of drama with Messi, as someone posted earlier if he really wanted it to work he could have signed up for sweet fa in wages.
Didn’t post that one due to it’s source CCTV.
That IS an odd one. I want Elliott (who has been given midfield minutes in pre-season) to get more pitch time this season but I don't want to remove Ox to facilitate those minutes personally.
I do think we will want to wean one of Ox or Keita out of the squad over the next year or two with a view to replacing one (just can't be trusted injury-wise, Wijnaldum is gone, Milner will be gone) of them, but again, a LOAN of Ox just seems odd. Hopefully nothing in it.
Some small/tenuous links to Gibbs White from Wolves. At 21 and being home-grown he would tick a couple of boxes, but, needless to say, players need to be good enough.
Yes, it's odd but even odder because Ox is homegrown too so we'd really be painting ourselves into a corner on that score - unless other (homegrown) incomings are already in place.
Because another club may have approached us to loan a player, doesn’t mean we have any interest in the move ourselves. I very much doubt that’s going anywhere
