I judge you on your capacity as a human being, not your skin colour or what's between your legs.

Bring quality and interesting ideas to the Table. If that means it's a 99% male dynamic or a 99% female dynamic, I don't care - but don't try to force this 50/50 quota crap for the sake of it.

I remember applying for the Fire Service and getting through a few stages. 8,000 of us applied for 12 jobs and we were told that no matter what, 6 of those jobs would go to women. I want to see women in the Fire Service and I know some physically incredibly capable women, but come on - nobody is going to tell me that at least a couple of those 7,988 fellas that didn't get a job weren't more capable than at least one or two of the lasses who got jobs, with all respect to the effort they'll have put in.

Even the "positive discrimination" with the Police Force in Northern Ireland. I do understand why it had to happen, but in terms of in-an-ideal-World principles it was less than ideal.
