Good man Kev.
We are now up to 5th spot, breathing down the necks of Tottenham (who we still must play) and with a game in hand - amazingly that is 4 wins and a draw in our last 5 League games, meaning we are tied with Man City in the form table.
Difficult challenges ahead but we have some belief now - great to see Gakpo and Núñez heavily involved in a Klopp/Anfield special that will set them up in years to come - an incredibly valuable memory to draw upon in future seasons.
They still have to play Newcastle, Tottenham and Man United as well.
Won't know what result we want in those respective fixtures until nearer the time, but they can definitely impact the Champion's League places - whether it's to our benefit or detriment remains to be seen.
Should be reading zero 0 points now.
Vvd x2 chances
Salah penalty.
Losing 1-0 away at Bournemouth what a shit result.
Bournemouth are shit.
And you lose to a shit team.
Only 5mins added was a joke considering 8 subs in the 2nd half, plus the Bournemouth injury.
Definitely would like to see a 60minute ball in play obligation.
Next 3x games City, Chelsea, Arsenal
9 points 😆
Simples…
Seriously though, it looks highly unlikely but you never know. We just might do it
hmm still look ok in the table but we've played more than others
#FSGOUT
we are liverpool football club, not fucking norwich.
It will come down to others - Champion's League "races" always do.
Some fixtures not to lose sight of -
Tottenham play Brighton.
Tottenham play Newcastle.
Tottenham play Man United.
Tottenham play us.
Newcastle play Man United.
Newcastle play Arsenal.
Brighton play Man United.
Brighton play Arsenal.
There will be loads of dropped points. Some in our favour, some not.
It is up to us to drop less - and our capacity to do that (or not) is the massive question.

To be honest.
Does this team deserve to be in the top 4 ?
Not really, does it.
Hugely inconsistent.
And very poor midfield
Defence exposed as average.
The boring (but still correct in my view) answer is "yes" if we finish 4th or higher and "no" if we finish 5th or lower - won't know until all 38 have been played.
Poor as we are, I don't think any of the sides that might finish above us are miles better - and we have been hampered by injuries, hampered by having to adjust via the integration of a new-look forward line and hampered by our limited capacity to rotate in midfield as it's currently the weakest "unit" of our squad.
36 left to play for - no idea how many we will get, but we will definitely need a large chunk of them if we want to squeak over the line.
