I don't want him to be replaced, he does need to recruit at least some staff who can remain objective and tell him when his idea or fantasy is a shit idea, isn't working and is breaking things that made us successful and weakening us
There needs to be some kind of failsafe in place, because he's broken quite a few things since the last third of 19-20 and he broke far too much this season and either refused to accept he fucked up, or having lost sight that his changes would break things and were breaking things, entirely lost the thread of the importance of those things and how to restore them
