Awful first half but once we stepped it up a bit and got Keita and Jones off the pitch we did ok.
What an excellent piece of skill and awareness from Diaz for his assist. And as for Harvey’s goal… wow!!
Jota should have had a hat trick today, missed a few sitters this season despite his excellent goal return.
Virgil was excellent, as was Tsimikas, Konate still a work in progress.

Ironically the reasoning behind not giving the penalty was the Cardiff lad did what Jota did v Palace and “made” the contact.

Apparently there was, I heard McCoist banging on that it was a penalty and then saying Var check over with no penalty decision.
They didn’t feel they needed to call the ref over I think

Didn't think it was, thought he stopped dead and waited for the contact, wasn't looking at controlling the ball, just trying to buy the pen.
