Meanwhile, Mac Allister picked up a knock in the early stages of Liverpool’s contest with Sheffield United which required heavy strapping to his knee.
The Argentina midfielder completed the first half, but limped off after 59 minutes.

Well we still have VVD, Konate, Quansah and Gomez so Wrinkle Dick Scrooge Mcduck is unlikely to spend the sort of wonga required to bring in a CB good enough to get in ahead of Konate and Quansah.
