I rated him very highly, he was one of the reasons I watched a lot of Wolves games last season, told plenty here he was Wolves best forward and miles better than Traore when a few idiots were saying we should go for that big lump, I was absolutely made up when we signed him, didn't expect him to hit the ground running like he has to be honest. If you look at our last 3 games when we've been far from our best and Jurgen was moving the forwards positions, that I said I didn't like, but that Jurgen was most likely working on something, including possibly 3 making runs in behind, then maybe that's why, Jurgen was building up to it, working in game on the movement he wanted from all 3 and with Atalanta playing very open, this was the best game for him to start them and see how it worked out ahead of the UAE FC, they would NOT have been expecting this on Sunday and if Thiago's fit to play balls in for their runs, fucking hell

Perhaps Bobby will wake up now and realise that playing a safe ball and coasting through games isn't good enough.
Wouldn't be disappointed if Bobby started against City as I think THAT is his type of game, but for pretty much most other games this season Jota is showing that he's the one that should start.
The other thing about Jota being such a threat, is that all of a sudden, Mo and Sadie aren't having all the defensive attention on them, giving them more room.

It will be the evolution of Bobby just as Fabinho was the evolution of Hendo, one thing I said of Bobby a few times last season, without slating him Kev, was he needed to make runs too and get himself in the box and when he did that, he scored goals, Jota is quicker and more mobile for this interchanging of positions, but playing like this and with Thiago in midfield, I'm certain Bobby will absolutely relish the opportunity to be a third forward making runs in behind rather than doing all the donkey work for Mo and Mane to be played in
