USA getting ready for a new moon landing. Spokesperson saying that we need to be sure everything is going to work fully before embarking on such a mission because catastrophic failure would be catastrophic. UK launched a new aircraft carrier yesterday? Fully tested before leaving port for the same reasons but broke down today!. First moon landing had computers weaker than Commodore64! Apollo13 similar!

I'm sure back in the day they had delays for weather and minor failures.. Seriously though you'd not get me in a rocket sitting on that amount of rocket fuel... So many things can go wrong and you're goose is cooked to pardon the expression
