Sounds crap doing 2 days and 2 nights. I get thrown out swapping regularly between the 2.
I dont mind it. I like nights and dont like the regular 9-5 type hours plus being a single parent its good to have time off for school runs etc and I dont have to rely on my folks too much whereas my kids mum relys on her parents doing school runs due to her working hours.

A Welsh mate applied for a postal vote for the by-election next week, he should have got it by Friday but it didn't arrive so he phoned them and they said they'd pop another in the post to him on Monday, using the same royal mail that didn't work the first time? "Unfortunately, yes" they said.

Another mate went to Rhyl by train this week but the rails buckled in the heat so the train was cancelled and they all had to pile into a taxi.

    Nothing works in this country.

    No, they just claim benefits.
There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

My girlfriend was complaining of a constant two tone low frequency noise, she said it sounded electronic, wondered if it was from a new phone mast, 5G or device from some evil corporation. Nobody else can hear it but her. I suggested she wear a tin foil hat. She'd never heard that term before and she made one and says it works. So there.

Life likes to kick some people while they are down, whilst with certain others it likes to repeatedly kick them till they are dead and then kick them some more just to make sure.

If the universe has a plan for me, can it please hurry the fudge up and just finish me off!

I had to go to a 'medical' appointment today. As a result of massive anxiety and not having slept due to this anxiety and various medical conditions including an infection I developed a couple of days ago, I left my phone in the taxi.

Like I said, some people are repeatedly kicked when they are down, when they are nearly dead, and even in some cases when they actually are dead, both actually and metaphorically.

    Why? Why? Why? Why? Why?
