Results wise your sarcasm is well placed BUT our over seas form has been very sketchy to say the least.

Think back to Rome, Kiev, Belgrade, Naples, Paris - in Munich we looked better and got a result ( could easily have gone the other way) ditto Porto (where on balance we were very much second best) and then the final... We got results is probably the best you could say IF you are prepared to be honest. As for the quality of our football.... Hmmm better keeper and a towering Centre back added YEs - better football?
