It wouldn't happen overnight like it didn't happen for him here. He would need to sell the players that weren't fit enough for his style, and replace them with ones that were. I don't see any of their players clocking up the mileage ours do. You don't change your style to suit the players, you change your players to suit your style.

If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

The first thing they should be doing is getting rid of Woodward. Hes been a total disaster, they seriously need to sort their off field game out first. They cant have that "biggest club in the world" crap bailing them out constantly. It will wane over time if it's not sorted soon.

Woodward is apparently very good at off the field stuff that is why he is still there.

Its him getting involved in what happens on the pitch that is the issue.

People keep asking why is he earning millions a year etc its because he is raking in millions to the club which they are wasting !

In terms of commercial yes hes probably doing a good job but with success on the pitch drying up it wont be long before that starts being affected. By making 4th last season they narrowly avoided penalties on the chevrolet deal. They cant dine out on past success forever and are millions in debt.

I agree the smart thing to do is keep him on commercial and bring in a football man to do the on pitch stuff.

Sadly, after ole failed to bring off Fred at half time , the penny has finally dropped with most of their fanbase.
When do we play them ?

It should also be mentioned they've spent over 1 billion English pounds since Fergie left.
