    Woodburn
    Origi

    Contracts expire

    Wijnaldum
    Adrian
    Philipps

*Some would say Keita. Some would say both. We'll keep one you would feel. Personally like both players, marginally prefer Keita, can't have two players of their ilk as prone to injury - though to be fair the silver lining is that their absence in large chunks has helped Jones develop.
No we not miss them but I think Ox will stay.

Williams I guess you mean Rhys is likely to be loaned out.

Other than that think we'd be looking to sell the above as I think you could get around £40-50m for them and wages off the books.

Add Karius to this list as well.

One thing that would really help us prior to the summer is Mo and Mane stop missing fucking glorious early chances to put us in front, i think they've missed 7 between them in games we've lost by the odd goal or drawn
I've mentioned that before as well and daresay it could happen - I guess it will depend on who else we keep/bring in/use - Elliott might be one of the forward options next season for example.

On Mane, he looks absolutely wiped. If we were comfortably in 2nd spot or something I'd be giving him a couple of weeks off.

One thing with Mane is that he had Covid and we dont know if this is an issue.

We can still rest Mane other than CL games to be fair its not worth running him into the ground in league games.

We need to give Robbo a few games off too.

    Next year afcon
No mane Salah Keita for 6 weeks or more.
Every year there are players coming and going.
Always has been.. what you lot call "deadwood ".

This team/squad is at the end of a cycle.

Milner Henderson Gini Thiago Firmino all 30 or coming into that.

Oxlade and Keita should be the new midfield with Fabinho.
But they just aren't robust. 26 or 27 yo prime time.

Front 3 needs change. Jota made that.
Origi has been a big disappointment.

It needs Edwards to do his magic.
A lot of players out and a few key targets in.
    3 ...
    Centre back
    Midfielder
    Forward.

New clubs for 6 or 7.

Promotion for 2 or 3 young players.
    Kelleher Williams.

When fit we will have 7 centre backs and Fabinho.

just a new second strong spine will do.

it’s a buyer’s market so we should be able to get 3 top quality additions at cb, cm, winger for £150m.

if we had that as backup this season we would be running away with the league again.

fsg either help klopp in the summer or just leave.

they’re not here to build an asset. they’re custodians of a football club steeped in history.

    Your 3...
    Cm ... Thiago was signed
Winger/ forward .... Jota was signed.

    CB they got it wrong.
They probably had and still have a target that can come this summer.
Possibly it could have been Upamecano... but now he decides to stay in Germany.
    Everyone wanted shot of Lovren.
And logically 4 CBs which included Fabinho was thought to be enough.

They got more than just a CB wrong!

Catastrophic penny pinching last summer - and what about the more crucial summer in 2019 - when no signings arrived - bills had to be paid and a net spend profit was made?

97 points and a 6th European Cup - and sat on the cash!

Are people really so stupid they cannot join the dots?

    They have been exposed.

Speaking of forwards, Alexander Isak looks very promising on paper.

6'4 and technically gifted, still 21 I think - injury record good thus far as well. Someone will be in for him.

Walton Henry Smith and Ryman also look pretty good on paper.
