Jota is the Portuguese Andy Robertson except up front and dangerous in front of goal. Great wee addition I think and a typical Klopp / FSG signing. Young, very well scouted and a bloody pain to play against.

Does anyone else think our squad looks a little bit too big and deep all of a sudden? How are they all going to get a game?

Play Thiago and Fabinho in midfield and we have a load of players to pick for four places ahead of them. Can push Keita and Gini further forward.

Sad to see Origi go - scored some incredibly important goals. Though I understand he'd want to play more regularly and put himself into contention for the national team. Best of luck to him! He'll always receive a warm welcome, I'm sure.

I think we could do with another good quality, reliable, and fit/healthy CB. At the moment we only have one of those. Not only could VVD do with a bit more help, but as it stands if he gets injured we don't/won't have a fit and reliable actual CB on the pitch.
