I'll be honest mate , I'd rather we bought an out and out striker a proper number nine who knows were the goal is. We can't have enough top class strikers.

A youngster who will be watched over the next 12-18 months is Hoppe at Schalke, he isnt ready for a big move yet though.

I may seem to be anti Firmino in recent weeks. But if we are going to regain the title. you simply cant have your forward scoring 4/5 goals a season. He may end up with 10.thats still half of what you expect from your main forward.
I don't want to lose either Mane or Salah.. Again i'd rather get Haaland than Mbpape. I was unsure of the hype around Haaland at the beginning. But his scoring ratio for a forward is superb.

Aye he is dead (for all of a few months) but shouldn't stop people being able to see.

Because when people talk about what players we need - Haaland Mbappe etc I find it funny. None of them are going to have this kind of impact even IF we were going to pay the daft money it would take.

Seems better to show the greatest than to talk about players that have scored loads in Germany or France.

Not sure why it bothers you to be honest - far more entertaining than listening to English folk talk as though they know the first thing about football.
