Situational I guess - if he stayed for 10 years/stays for 5 years and gets sold on/improves as he is young - also what monetary value would we place on the ability to play the high line due to his pace?

So I'm sure "too expensive" and "really good value" cases could be articulately argued on both sides of the fence.

I would be hesitant about his injury record personally.

    Where's this 40m coming from

Is jota salah's / manes replacement and using that money?

or you think FSG going to invest a lot of money this summer? well a "lot" for them

    Haha

maybe we can resell davies for 10m, so that's a bit towards the 40m!

to be fair, a big IF but if we sold the lads on loan (apart from elliot) and some very "fringe" players, we might actually be able to raise some decent funds, and FSG will be happy!

Enough to sign a quality CB/Kabak for example

To be fair Kev I am hoping we do shift all the loan players apart from Harvey.

Id look to shift Origi and Shaqiri as well.

Last thing we want is players sitting out their contracts here if they not play.

Yep, better than loaning them out forever until they're able to go on a free.

    Needs to be a clear-out

problem is I guess the effects of covid19 won't be as much money / people buying around still.

Yes your last paragraph is true but it should mean prices for buying are lower excluding all the big names.

Id be happy with Kabak/Caleta-Car being signed if we sign two but Konate is the prime target.

Forward wise its hard to give a name I think we might gamble on Daka now he is out of African Nations and is fairly cheap at £20m.

Haaland is the one id sign if we could get anyone but I dont see us signing him or Varane, Sancho or Mbappe the wages/agents fees are stupid.

It has been confirmed that Sergio Aguero will be leaving Man City at the end of the season as the club do not want to renew his contract.
