I'd be interested to get a closer look at Teun Koopmeiners - won't be 24 until February of 2022, is Dutch, has good numbers, has played at central midfield and defensive midfield, plus has a decent goal-scoring contribution - 39 goals in 141 appearances in the last 4 years for AZ Alkmaar.
Always the question of how well a player can step up from the Eredivisie of course - anyone seen much of him?

He's 28 and would cost an absolute fortune given how Daniel Levy operates, particularly if Kane is going.
I'd be amazed if they let him go for less than £70m and for that price we should be aiming at a player that can give us 8-10 good years, rather than 3 or 4.
