I'd say this is likely to be pretty spot-on.
Even take us - we could very well have had personal terms agreed with a player who can't come in until we move a non-homegrown lad like Shaqiri on and nobody has bid hence no move - and said terms could have been agreed weeks ago for all we know.
Not anticipating us moving Shaq as it seems to only be the Italian clubs interested and their League is largely financially quite limited.
A shame really - I want as many hurdles as possible removed for the likes of Elliott, Gordon, Musialowski and (if he's coming) Clark - but if he stays he'll get support.
