Keita doesn't do much either to be honest. He has flashes but hes not the answer for me. I just dont see him nailing a first team place.
We created nothing in that second half despite our possession.
Thiago is the closest player to an Alonso we could get. He can create and dictate. He would 100% be a positive addition to that midfield.

Keita is a press-Monster and also always seeks to advance the ball in possession, plus isn't afraid to actually dribble, which is lacking in our side.

He definitely isn't our biggest problem by a long shot.

Agree but these problems aren't new in terms of a good option aside from Mo,Mane,Bobby and that bit of creativity in the middle. Since the turn of the year we've struggled to break down stubborn sides. It's a thing we face often and more than likely overcome but we could do with different options. Sometimes,like tonight it seems we get sussed out.
We need reinforcements in a couple of positions.
I genuinely thought we'd have a hangover after last season's triumph but I was wrong big time.
Maybe they wont next season. It must be difficult to drag your performance level to maximum once you've achieved your goals with plenty of games to spare.

On this - if we want to talk about goal-scoring threat, we're not helped by the ludicrous LACK of penalties we get to other teams, whilst it's also fair to say that Bobby, much as I adore him, ain't exactly banging them in.
